How Fast Will My Order Ship?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days to process order. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. All in stock items ship within 2-3 business days (most ship within 1 business day). If an item is currently out of stock, it will ship as soon as it becomes available (usually within 10-14 business days).
All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. If you are expecting an email from us and have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Available Shipping Methods
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
All orders totaling $75 and over (after discounts) that are shipped within the US are eligible to receive free shipping.
Returns & Exchanges Policy & Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition (unwashed and unworn) within 30 days of purchase for a prompt exchange, refund or credit. (See instructions below for packaging and mailing your return or exchange.)
For exchanges, if the product you are exchanging for is not currently in stock, we will email you an estimated date of when we expect the item to be available to ship. Due to seasonal items, some items may be sold out and not available. In this case, we will email you and refund your purchase or you can apply your credit to another item.
How to Return Your Item
Please fill out the return form that was shipped along with your package. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address and order number along with the item(s) that you are returning.
We will notify you by e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. We will refund the same credit card originally used for purchase within two business days of receiving your return. We cannot refund shipping charges if your return was not due to our error
Changing/Canceling an Order
Orders that have not shipped out may be changed or cancelled. However, most orders ship out the same day the order was placed. Once an order has shipped we are unable to make any changes. To make any change to an order please contact us immediately.
